Can i wear my contacts while canoeing or boating?!

It should be fine, if they start to itch then they have dried out, just put some solution on them. You will never get to the stage where it will damage your eyes...

There is no risk in wearing contacts out in sun, However while boating do take care that there is no contact of Contact Lens with Water as that may harm your contact lens.

I have contacts and I wear them boating and canoing all the time. Just bring eye drops and sun glasses (since many people seem to be more sensitive to light while wearing contacts) and don't open your eyes under water :)
Yes, no problem but do use dailies lenses. The water mixed in the eyes is nto good for the lenses.
