I think that these two things happening at once is just a coincidence. Eyelid twitching most commonly occurs when our muscles are fatigued or if we are stressed. Your nosebleed could also be stress related or due to dry nostrils. I don't think that it is anything for you to worry about, but if it keeps happening then I would go see a doctor.
