No. That test is called a Near Point Conversion and is to test the muscles in your eye. Its not that often that i see it but you will be fine you just will not be able to cross your eyes. You must have a muscle problem in that eye but should be fine!There is not really much that will be done for that. I work patients up at our office and when i do see it then my Doc doesn't do anything special or different so i wouldn't worry!
You must have different distance vision in your eyes. For instance, my whole childhood I was diagnosed with lazy eye and it wasn't until my 20's the docs realized one was just a lot more farsighted than the other, so when I focused with one, the other wandered.
Bummer, considering I had 4 surgeries.
