Why Does My Nerves in My Eyes Keep Jumping?!
Question: My nerves in my eyes have been going back and forth from one eye to the other, twitching and jumping for about 3 weeks now. It's really starting to annoy me and I would like to know why this is happening. Please Help!!!

It is a signal tha tyou are tired and stressed. Go to be early a few days in a row. East some well balanced meals with lots of fruit and veggies and drink your 8 glasses of water a day. Try walking around the block a couple times to get some good exercise going! You will be amazed and I bet it clears up!
It is like a twitch in your eyelids? If so, that is usually caused by stress. If it is your actual eye twitching back and forth, I would go see your eye specialist.
ME TOO! That exact same thing has been happening to me. Only mine....is in my left eye. It like...twitches every five minutes....!!! It stinks! So, I saw my optometrist and she said..there really is no answer. She asked me if I had any changes in my medications. She asked me if I ate a lot of sugary foods or drank sugar-filled drinks. She asked me if I had any stress in my life. I guess those are all factors. My eye has NOTICEABLY stopped twitching. ONly like once or twice a day now and for like 30 seconds. My opt suggested the above as possible factors, but also said to put ice on it and compress it if it continues. Try those things. Good Luck! Mine got better, yours can too!
My eye's do this a lot also and it goes from the left to the right' and then later my arm starts twitching' and my doctor said it's all related to stress.I have since tried to not worry and get mad so much' and the twitching has almost stopped' till i get all stressed again.Lots of luck and you should mention it to your Doctor when you see him or her.
