Delvish is right you have nothing to worry about. I used to get freeked out all the time when my vision changed. Sometimes it scares me but I know that I do not have complete control over that and it will eventually stop getting worse.

I know what it feels like to see worse in a short period of time after a new prescription. I just got new glasses 3 months ago and my vision is a little bit worse. This might be due to my eyes adapting against a strong perscription or whatever. I don't know but the nice thing about contacts is its cheaper to get new ones if your vision changes. I'm getting contacts in 5 days I'm so excited!

Another thing is sometimes people go through 2-3 trial lenses before finding a perfect fit. If you are in your trial lenses its no big deal. If you paid for the lenses I would ask if you can get a new prescription free of charge.

As far as what to expect at your appointment, the doctor is probably going to make sure your vision is good, you have no problems with your eyes and your contacts are still a good fit.
They always do these checkups to make sure the patient is doing well with their contacts. Again I would just tell the doctor any complaint you have such as your vision being worse. He should help you out with that.

Hope I helped you out!

first, relax. its no biggie.
ok, well, if you got your contacts 3 months ago, you shouldve had a checkup the next week. i dont know why your doc waited 3 months, but i guess that means your eyes looked extra perfect to him? so thats a good sign. see? nothing to worry about with that.
and yes, it is possible that your vision got worse. especially if you havent been wearing your contacts.. you're probably strainin your eyes. but i wouldnt worry too much. if you're perscription changed, you'll get new contacts. no worries. but wear them!!!
and calming down methods--BREATHE. and honestly, you have nothing to worry about. its not like these checkups hurt or anything, right?
good luck. i hope ive helped.
