Eye Sight?!
Question: When I stand up after sitting in a chair or lying in bed, my eyesight gets all blurry and spotty and then everything goes black. It takes a few seconds before my eyesight returns, but it always does. I've had this problem for maybe... two years at the most. When it first started it was very rare, nowadays it'll happen weekly at the least. Sometimes I'll just be standing and it'll happen, or even sitting sometimes. Yesterday I was getting my coat off the coat hanger when it happened and it took several seconds (felt like forever though) until my eyesight returned - which really scared me. Is this normal? Is there something wrong with me eyes?
By the way, I wear glasses. I'm near sighted but I can still see without my glasses, everything's just slightly blurry.

Yeah, that happened to me when the doctor put me on some medication which had a side effect of lowering blood pressure. He told me to eat more salt. But he's a bit mental. Hopefully yours actually has some sort of medical degree and can test your blood pressure for you! In the meantime, it might help if you try to take it really slowly when you stand up!
Sounds like you should be getting your blood pressure checked....soon.
all you have said could happen in cervical spodylosis also consult your doctor and also see for surprise your blood sugar, being myopic need not to have black outs for erratic movements.
u might need ur prescription changed! this happened 2 me once. go 2 ur eye doctor soon and tell them.
