No, they are a one piece shield designed for non-prescription safety/sport. They may fit over glasses.
Only your optical shop could answer than. It depends on your prescription. Which also includes the thickness and shape. I would give this web site to my optical shop and let them advise you.
They would probably need the measurements of the glasses you want to put your lens in. Many can be put into different styles but they are not all interchangeable. One of the problems with the pair you selected it that wrap around the sides and would would make it more difficult to put your prescription in.
