Take a break from staring at the computer screen every 15 minutes since you have some hardcore reading to do. Get up and walk around and look at some green plants or natural colours to help settle and relax your eyes.

Good luck with your reading!

It will not hurt your vision per se. But, I am sure your eyes will become very tired and blurred at time. You need to take a break as often as possible. Reading a screen that long really does tire out your eyes.

It will probably dry them out too. You may want to use some liquid tears to keep them from getting to dry.

Good Luck with the reading and hope you get through it without a big headache! lol ;)
