Why does my right eye get all red and itchy from time to time and i dont have an!

Question: I do not have any allergies i know of and for the past YEAR my right eye will get all red and itchy at least a few times a day in any weather.I use regular ClearEyes eye drops and it doesnt really help any at all.I go through a bottle of this stuff at least once a month.Ive even tried Visine with no luck.

I have yet to see a doctor about it hoping it would go away on its own. What may be wrong with my eye?Its been like this for the past year.If you have any ideas, please give them to me.Or anything that might help.Thanks.

--yes i have 2 humidifiers in my house already.Doesnt help.

Allergies can develop any time. Try some benedryl or eye allergy drops and see if that helps. That will tell you if it is allergies or something else. Becareful not to overuse eye drops that constrict the capilaries such as cleareyes and visine. They can make eye problems worse with continued use and should be used only if absolutely necessary.

take some time and see a eye doctor, these sorts of things you gotta look after...

Definitely worth getting professional advice on this one.
