HC2 Exemption certificate: What is the full value of a voucher for glasses/conta!


Question: Certificate HC2 means that you will not need to pay the following health costs: prescription charges; NHS dental charges; eye tests, glasses and contact lenses; travel to hospital for NHS treatment; wigs and fabric supports.
Certificate HC3 provides partial help with some of these health costs.

Funny enough Elric a friend asked me this a couple of weeks ago when she was round and that is the site we found - hope it helps mate.
