If she had her period after you had sex, she's not pregnant. A period is the body ridding itself of the unfertilized egg. The "blood" that comes out is actually a fluid that helps the peices of the egg come out, but the egg only comes out if it's unfertilized. You should really read up on such things before becoming sexually active.
if you used condom(s) then what is there to worry about? even if you didnt use condoms i dont think she'd be able to get pregnant because two days before a period isnt considered the "most fertile" state, which is the time where a female is most vulnerable to pregnancy.
