Is there surgery available to correct lens dislocation?!

Question: It sort of depends on whether or not your lens is dislocated, meaning fallen into the eye, totally,.... or if it's subluxed, which means it's sort of moved off to the side a little. People with certain systemic problems will get these lens problems.. such as Marfan's syndrome where the lens will sublux upwards and outwards, or dislocate into the vitreous cavity.

It's 'best' to treat this conservatively, but you can have posterior chamber lenses placed or sulcus lenses placed. Whether or not they remove the dislocated lens will depend on the surgeon, as there's increased risk for retinal detachment in these folks as well.

Who has told u that ur lense is dislocated?
Can u see from each eye independently?
Better see ur doc, quick!

Yes there is, but it may be a bit risky or complicated. Depending on the position of the lens different procedures may be used. It may be possible to simply adjust its position, or an anterior intraocular lens may be positioned in front of the iris instead of the usual position behind it. Discuss with the ophthalmologist who told you your lens was dislocated, it may be better to leave it where it is.
