eat a lot of carrots not to much or you will turn orange no just kidding uhmm honestly i have no idea you can just get contacts,,,
nothing you can really dothat will alter the shape of your eye ball or cornea/lens that will help you see better other than glasses, contacts or corneal surgery....
Every couple of hours, someone asks the same thing.
Think about it a bit...if there was a magic way to make your eyes better, do you think millions of people would still be wearing glasses and contacts ?
Outside of laser surgery when you get to your 20's , there is nothing that can be done.
