Yes they are called floaters and they are protein particles that float around in the fluid of the eye. There is no known treatment for this and they may even become worse as you get older. But you get more used to them the longer you have them and they only pass in front of vision occasionally.
Those are called floaters. Particles in the fluid of your eyeball.
