Problem with contacts!! i mean holy poop!?!


Question: I really think the contacts mest up my eye
its red, u could see the little red vains
and the worst problem is that u could see the outline of the contacts (when im not wearing them)
its like the cotacts left a mark, and its turning white where the edge of my eyes should be
really it doesnt hurt it just feel a little blury
but what can i do to help it stop or prevent it??
will i be able to wear contacts again?
ps im 15 and my perants dont have enouth money to take me to a doctor

It sounds like the contacts aren't fitting you properly, and/or not letting through enough oxygen to your cornea (did you overwear them or wear them while you were asleep?) Stop wearing the contacts until you can see your optometrist and explain the problem - you may need refitting with different contacts.

don't put those contacts back in and use glasses...if it doesn't go away go to your school nurse, maybe she'll be able to tell you what's going on

Weel, I were contacts and at first when i used them the samething happened except i don't remember the part about leaving a mark in your eyes. What i can tell u is that is probably temporary something probably got in your eye or your contact before you put it on. MAke sure to wash your hands and drying them with someting lint free before putting tjem on and when taking them off IT REALLY HELPS!

Make sure both your hands and your contacts are clean. I even rinse my finger tips with the solution. Right after you put them in, they shouldn't hurt or itch, not even a little bit. Otherwise, there's something wrong.

Worst case scenario is an allergic reaction.
