Wal-mart optical return policy?!
Question: i had an eye exam at walmart this week and was prescribed reading/computer glasses. i cant wear them because they are making my eyes and head hurt more. im not even wearing them because they are just making the problem worse. can i return them and get a refund?
im thinking its a wrong prescription...even so i would like my money back to go somewhere else...

i also have glasses from wal-mart. there return policy on optics (not verbatim) is as long as its not lost you can return it. now customer disatisfaction although i did not find it expressly stated is probably in there somewhere. so just take them back. worse comes to worse you can take them out back smash them up a bit (do not do this) and then turn them in.
They probably need adjusting. I have gotten several pairs of glasses at Walmart. They will make them right.
I couldn't see to read on my computer screen. I took them back and they adjusted them and said to come back if that wasn't right. I just have to hold my head a certain way to see everything that I want. It does take a little getting used to. Everything is fine now.
Take them back and express your concers to the Opticians and Dr. Request that you have a re-check with the Dr (normally free of charge). After that see if there is any change. Also have them double check the PD (pupil distance) and your precription made. Sometimes if the PD is off or your prescription was made wrong it can affect your vision.
