Just by trying them on.
Don't ignore what may be a real visual problem by just relying on those things. You should get an eye exam if you are having problems.
Those are just magnifiers to begin with, and will probably make your eyes just as tired as without them, but for different reasons.
Computer glasses really need an anti reflection coating, but the ready made magnifiers don't have that.
If you need glasses then always go to have your eyes tested. Glasses you can buy from a store may not be the right strength for you, and you may strain your eyes.
