From my eye prescription, are my eyes bad? I'm not sure what the numbers mea!
Question: Hi, my eye prescription is... Right:30.0
Left: 29.0 and they are both for distance. What do these numbers mean and most importantly, do I have bad eyesight? Thank you.

Those numbers are just the distance in millimeters between your pupils , to place the optical centers in your glasses.
It has nothing to do with your prescription or the power you need.
There must be lots more numbers on that paper.

That's better....so you just have -1.50 sph in both eyes.
That is considered a mild myopia still...but it is certainly enough to want to wear them most of the time.
So, don't worry, your eyes aren't REALLY bad...but they would be better if you didn't need that correction of course.
Don't consider your vision as really bad until you get to the point you can't function without glasses or contacts.
