Either 1 lens is dirty , or it is the wrong Rx , or just isn't fitting right.

If it's too tight it will blur...if it's too loose, it will also blur.

Especially if those are the colors , if the clear center doesn't stay centered, then you will be seeing the edge of the colored ring.

you might have them in the wrong eye. Try switching them.
