Everybody gets twitchy eyes once in a while. If yours is lasting really long though, you should consult a doctor. I'm not sure what it means though.

for me it meant that i wasnt getting enough sleep. some ppl do it when they're nervous. hope that helped!

I had this problem once and after it lasted about a month, it really started to worry me, so i went to the eye doctor and he said it was stress causing it

It can be related to stress. It's medical term is blephrospasms. This can be treated with Botox.
