Get enough sleep. If your eyes are dry use Refresh gel grops at least 3 x's a day. Help nourish the eye. If it's the redness use Visine eye drops. During the day when it's sunny, wear Sunglasses to protect your eyes.
you can get brightner eye drops.. it helps tp reduce red eyes.
