I've had a annoying twitch in my left eye.?!
Question: I have had this twitch or a tick in my left eye for a few days now not sure what could be causing it. Perhaps minor stress, and not the best sleeping habits?
Anyone ever have the same thing, any ideas??

Basically fatigue or stress, so more sleep and a more relaxed attitude are recommended (should life allow!)
In some people there's a connection to a marginally low potassium level:
try drinking fresh tomato juice or eating bananas.
i have the same thing.. but it only happens when i get really stressed or irritated. It doesn't last very long for but i've never done anything for it.
You are more then likely correct that it is nerves but check it out if it continues---see you regular M.D. if self help such as--slowing down and reducing stress does not work.
my i twitches too sometimes when it starts doesnt go away for like 1 hour it gets so annoying i happends when i m stressed or tired
it will go away when you stop being depressed
