Can people transplant cats cornea to a human?!
Question: Yes, cats eye are smaller...but th cornea itself might be large enough to transplant? Does it matter the diffeerence of species ( cornea are just cells)....

No...Its hard enough to have humans not reject other HUMANS corneas during transplants...i would think it would be 100x's harder to do it with another species corneas...
