its not weird to want the frames you have had used for new prescription , telemarketers can call from 8 am until 9 pm without breaking any laws and they don't have to have a traceable number sometimes their numbers are blocked so you cannot see them (unknown caller)

It isn't weird to bring in your frames to a store. If you feel awkward about it, just tell them the lenses fell out and you lost them.

Taking your frame is not weird, this gives them an idea about what kind of style you like and what size is good for you. And yes telemarketers can call you that early

No!! My lenses popped out last week ( the glasses were also from Wal-Mary) and I took the lenses and the frame back and they fixed everything.

no its not weird

not at all... ur lenses may have fallen out.

People often take frames to have lenses updated -- when their prescription changes, but they like their current frames. The frames are usually a big part of the cost of eyeglasses.

However, taking 'empty' frames sounds suspicious. The Wal-Mart can't determine from where you stole them (unless they are a brand specifically marketed by a store). For example, "Mary kate & Ashley' are licenced to Wal-Mart, and Issac Mizrahi to Target. They probably think you did, but it doesn't help their business any to pursue you. They can't do anything, but you sound guilty to me, anyway. Your post sounds like you feel guilty, too.
