If the one eye is working fine then you will qualify for a driver's license in most places.
The type of car doesn't matter, but you will need to modify driving habits and turn your head more so as to sight mirrors and look over your shoulder with the good eye.
the bus. this would be the safest option. I have night blindness and no "type" of headlights will ever make me safe behind the wheel at night.
...i was going to say the same thing..if you want to live longer and not harm anyone else life...the bus is the best way to go...
