Storage cases should be irrigated with sterile contact lens solution (not tap water), and left open to dry after each use to reduce the risk of water-loving bacteria taking up residence. They should be replaced every three months, at least. ... In case you want to know how to clean contact lenses... here is an interesting video...

yea rinse it out with hot water and splash some saline solution in there thats what i do

You can clean case with your contact lens cleaner using a brand new inexpensive toothbrush

i agree with above, but once a week i put my lens case in the dishwasher and then airdry

put the case in a bowl of water and put it in the microwave with it turned on for five minutes with the lids off however in the bowl also then was them off with antibacterial soap rinse off good and they are sterilized and ready to be used saves money on buying a new case every three months. My eye doctor told me to do at least every one to two weeks. Hope this helps.
