Bloodshot eyes for years?!
Question: My eyes have been bloodshot for 2 and half years now. I have gone to the eye doctor twice but they havent helped at all. It's the worst when I am tired, but they usually are always slightly bloodshot anyway. I have allergies but that and being tired has never bothered me before. My vision is affected by it. What could it be?

This could come from extremely dry air, sun exposure, dust, foreign body, an allergic reaction, infection, trauma, or other conditions. In my experience allergies and computer eye strain are very common ones that cause bloodshot eyes. You might want to look into what kind of lifestyle changes you've made since the past 2 and a half years.
