Has anyone improved their vision intentionally or unintetionally without visual !

Question: I'm looking for stories of people who have had some refraction error and now do not. People who have had bad vision but now have good or at least better vision. This is of course without glasses, contacts, or any surgeries.

I was diagnosed with onset of cataracts after I found that I was having trouble seeing traffic signs clearly when driving at the end of the day. My doctor said that if the problem became bothersome, I should have cataract surgery. That really got my attention, so I started driving most carefully at that time of day.

A short time later I finished the eye supplement that I had been taking and started taking a new one. About three months later, much unexpectedly, I noticed that I could see the signs again without any blurring. I went back for another eye exam, and there was no trace of any eye disease whatsoever.

You can imagine how amazed I felt.

I have found a family of nutritional products that I know gives me the best chance for longevity and health. Email me if you would like particulars.

Living a long and healthy life.

Nothing that can actually help me no. But the last time I went to get my eyes tested they actually improved half a step. Considering they have a power correction of 10 or somethng with my contacts it's minimal. But it was a slight correction, assumadly because I am in my 30's now and your eyes stop changing at some point.
