I have seen some eyes so translucent they looked "clear blue".
And then I have seen it all with those contact lenses.

No such thing. Coloured contacts, yes.
i've seen people with colored contacts with the color purple but never real purple eyes. its not humanly possible to have purple eyes.
Yes, my aunt has violet eyes, like Elizabeth Taylor.

No, but there are known instances of people having violet eyes. Sometimes eyes can appear violent when the person is albino or suffers from a similar pigmentation disorder. Otherwise, I think violet eyes are exceptionally rare.
I've never seen violet eyes--except those enhanced by contacts. I've heard of them, though.
I did, once, but then they changed my perscription, and i have never seen 'pedro the portuguese antelope' since. :( . . (sobs)
