Can I Wear Contacts?!
Question: I'm near sighted in one eye and far in the other. Also, i have astigmatisim. Can i still get contacts? I can't touch my eye with my finger is it easier to touch your eye with a contact?

Yes but make sure you go to see a opthomologist who knows all the details of eye issues including contacts. I actually know someone who wears a near in one eye and a far in the other. Taking contacts in/out is not like touch the eye.
Looks like your only problem will be getting the contacts in. I have an astigmatism and have been wearing contacts for years. And when you get your eye exam the doctor will just make your right and left eye different prescription strengths.
It doesn't take long to get used to putting them in and taking them out of your eye. I think when it's your first time having them the doctor will have you practice there in the office a few times first.
