Will it worsen my eyes?!
Question: I have some difficulty in vision in the left eye. But my right is perfect. Only when I use my left eye, blurry images are seen. When both the eyes are open, i can do everything.
Should I wear glasses? If not, will it worsen my eye(s)?

I suggest that you have it checked it out by an eye doctor to make sure you are ok. My right eye is perfect and my left eye has moderate astigmatism so everything is blurry if not corrected. I usually wear a contact lens in my left eye and glasses some of the time. I think my distance vision was at 20/50 in my left eye last time I was checked.
I was told by my doctor that I probably should correct it because my right eye was doing most of the work, but I would still be ok if I did not.
Go to an eye appointment. They'll have the right answers.
Get your eyes checked by an ophthalmologist (eye specialist). It may be possible that your left eye need specs. If you see blurry images, get it checked to avoid any possible disease. It may be possible that your right eye is absolutely fine, and only your left eye need attention...go and get it checked...
Wash your eyes daily with water before going to bed and once u get up in morning.
