Are your eyes supposed to be really dry after wearing contact lenses for an enti!

Question: If your don't have enough tears to support your current brand of contact, make an appointment with your contact lens fitter.

Some types of contacts and/or solutions are much better for eyes which tend toward dryness. Your optician will very likely be able to help you quite easily.

Also, don't overwear your contacts and make sure you drink a healthy amount of water. Consuming too much alcohol or caffeine can dry out your eyes, too. Let your opticain know how often/when your eyes seem dryest.

Yeah, that's normal. Try using what they call re-wetting drops, or Visine for contacts. They help a lot.

Go to your opticians and get some wetting drops, it will ease it.

And don't wear the contacts for more than 10-12 hours!!

No you need Opti-Free with moisture lock or try any brand with moisture lock in it

lenses can dry out if you use the VDU a lot or if you are studying, this is because we don't tend to blink as much as we should when doing concentrated work.

Ask you optician to try a lens with silicon hydrogel which increases comfort as it allows more oxygen through to the eyes.

They are available in both daily and monthly

Yes, can try to use those silicone lenses. They might not be dry
