You will need to check the licensing regulations where you live. In most places, all that is required is 20/20 with glasses and vision without glasses doesn't matter.

Some Air Force jobs, some commercial airline jobs may require good vision without glasses, but they will accept pilots who have had LASIK surgery. Again, you will need to check with employers.

Your local flight school should have the correct answer.

Sure will. Sorry to say it but get another dream

Unless the US is different to the rest of the world, there is no reason why corrected vision is not acceptable for the category of medical required. There will probably be a requirement to carry a spare pair of spectacles when flying.
People like air forces may not accept lens corrected vision, but as to individual airlines they may be acting illegally if they reject you on that basis.

sorry buddy a pilot has to have 20-20 unless you fly privotly but for airforce or commersial flying you are out of luck

Move into reality, almost every kid wants to become a pilot sometime in their life. Think about it and the lifestyle of the pilot. It might seem great with all that traveling and getting to see all these new places. But trust me, it gets old after 2-3 years. A career as a pilot is for some people but not for most people. I was in your shoes 4 years ago and now i have a good college education and will be graduating soon.

My carrer is open to thousands of possibilities. Why limit your possibilites by becomming a pilot and being stuck in that field for the rest of you life?

Try looking an engineering. Aeronautical, Structural, MEchanical or something like that. Thats what I did and i am really glad i made that choice. Email me if you need any advice. Good Luck.

Always listen to what your heart tells you. But I think you also have to go back and do a reality check on it.
