Why don't coloured contacts fit me?!
Question: I wear regular contacts and they fit me perfectly. But when i buy the coloured ones, they kinda slide around and feel like there's something constantly in my eye. It sucks cuz i wanna be able to wear coloured contacts. I don't have astigmatism and the coloured contacts are the same size as my regular ones.

what kind of clear lenses do you wear?
are you positive you don't have even the slightest hint of astigmatism?
what kind of coloured contacts have you tried?
could be that whatever brand of coloured contacts you tried sucks, could be that your eye shape isn't right for them, could be the fact that coloured lenses just aren't as comfortable as most clear lenses in the first place. people generally can't see as well out of them since they aren't clear and they also tend to be thicker and less breathable.
in summation: coloured lenses are pretty much t3h suck, compared to a clear lens like Acuvue Oasis or Advance...
but sometimes, one must suffer for fashion, i suppose.

are they generic contacts..or do you get the same prescription and fitting with the colored contacts? I know some places sell just generic 'all fitting' contacts..if thats the case then thats why..if not I dunno
