Im going in for a contact exam tomarrow?!
Question: so i just wanna know what i should expect and i need to know a good cheep brand of contacts..im planning on getting one eye purple and one eye green (cause im a freak like that ) and yes my eyes arent the same they are diffrent visions. so yea. help me understand what i may have to go through. and is it possible for me not to be able to wear contacts because my dad cant wear them, something about the concaveness of the eye? =/ please and thank you people..

The Dr will examine your eyes and probably ask you some questions. You should let the Dr. know what our expectations are regarding the contact lenses. Depending on what your prescription is the Dr will probably trial fit you with the lens that they feel is appropriate for your eyes. At our office you would then see a technician who will show you how to put the lenses on and take them off. They will also explain how to care of the lenses. Most likely the Dr will have you return to the office a few days later for a follow up visit. If everything looks good they will finalize your prescription and you can order your lenses. As for the colors, if you have an astigmatism the current products available are fairly expensive when compared to a disposable or frequent replacement lens. If no astigmatism your Dr should be able to prescribe contact lenses that are available in a variety of colors and are only slightly higher in price then regular disposable lenses.
So, they are colored and corrective? and your going to walk around like that all the time!???
