Contacts and solution?!
Question: About two weeks ago I wore my contacts on a daily basis, about maybe 2 or 3 days I used the same solution. I just recently took the contacts out of the case to clean them (same solution after all this time from a couple weeks ago). I was wondering, should I get a new case? Is it safe to wear them? These aren't the disposable contacts, I'm supposed to keep these for a year.

You need to replace your case regularly but it's usually not necessary to replace it more than every couple of months.
It should be safe to wear them, just clean them with fresh solution before you put them in.
Also, when you put the contacts in, rinse out your case with very hot water and allow it to air-dry all day. Bacteria cannot breed in a dry environment.
Then clean them and store them in fresh solution--don't keep reusing the solution in your case.
i just use the same case. the solution kills any bacteria in the case.
One casing can last u for like 3 mnths. yes it is safe to be wore.
You should change your solution each time you clean and store your contacts. I also prefer to rinse mine off with fresh solution before I put them in, just in case any debris might have gotten stuck on them somehow.
Most eye doctors recommend you change your case once a month or every 3 months. The solution I use comes with a case in each box, so I just change cases each time I get a new bottle of solution.
You should be fine wearing your contacts this time; just be sure to clean them well before wearing. And be sure to change your solution with each wear from now on.
