Why can't i see properly after resting on my eyes?!

Question: I usually like to take a short nap during recess time in school and i always like to sleep by resting on the table with my hands crossed. But here comes the problem. I like to rest my eyes instead of my forehead on hands and this caused my sight to be blur after waking up from a 30 minute rest. I have to wait for a few minutes or so to see properly again. What really caused this?

With that pressure for 30 minutes or so, you are slightly flattening your corneas, so it takes several minutes for them to go back to their right shape after....and until they do, your vision will be off.

because your eyeballs are being pressed into their sockets.its not good!x
