Answers: rinse out your lense case with water, when changin it out, before putting some new solution in?

NO!!!!!
Water has bacteria in in that can cause really nasty eye infections. One bacteria that you get in water is called pseudomonas, it will eat through your eye if you get an infection caused by it! Not nice at all!

Only ever use the solution your optician advised and only use it how they advise eg. only use once and throw bottles away after the recommended time even if you haven't used it all

NO!!! water has minerals and things that can get deposited onto your lenses and cause damage to the lense and to your eye...ONLY use solution!!!!!!!!

Only use the solution. Maybe you should get a new case...

dont do that

NO!!!The water has an effect on your eyes.ONLY USE SOLUTION!!

Of course you can. I'm sure you've noticed the crap that forms around the threads of the cap. Take a little dish soap and use your fingers to clean it and rinse it well with hot water once a week. If you want to rinse it every couple of days, just dry it out completely before adding the new solution. (Just don't use water to store your lenses or rinse them directly with water.) Remember, dry the case before adding the solutions.

It is fine to wash your case out with hot water after putting in the contact lenses. Then, allow it to air dry for the rest of the day. Do not put the solution in right away. It is important to replace the case or boil it for a few seconds every 3 months.
