Maybe you should try not sleeping in them. Your eyes do need time to rest without contacts, even if you have the kind that can worn night and day.

You can also get some eye drops that are safe for use while wearing contacts, just be sure the box or label says that somewhere on it. The drops will help add some extra moisture to your eyes. I like AMO Complete Moisture Plus, and CibaVision Aquify Longlasting Comfort Drops.

The solution you're using may also be adding to your dryness problem. Most of the solutions don't help retain or add moisture. But some actually do help the contacts retain moisture while you wear them, so that they are more comfortable for you. I've been alternating between Alcon's Opti-Free Replenish and CibaVision's Aquify, and both work really well for me. So well that I hardly have to use my eye drops anymore, unless my allergies are bothering me and causing my eyes to be extra dry. The Aquify solution also has a contact case in each box of solution, so I can change my case more frequently...each time I get a new bottle of solution, I go ahead and start using the new case.

So there are a few options for you to try, to see if anything helps you. If nothing works, go back and see your eye doctor. He/she may be able to recommend another brand/type of contacts for you to try out. He/she will also most likely give you a trial pair of the new brand to try out for 2 weeks, so you can see if you like them or not before you actually start ordering them by the box.

maybe you should try a new contact solution. if you get a low class one it will sometimes absorb the water in your eyes, and then dry up its self. just a guess.

try opti free

I find it easier to take off my contact lenses before going to sleep; this way, my eyes rest and my contact lenses replenish themselves in their solution.

it could depeond on how long you sleep.and when you watch tv, its because you arnt blinking so blink more .
also you can switch to acuve oasis.those type of contacts are super comfortable and they dont dry up!!
