Tips to protect eyes from computer strain???!

you can buy a cover for the screen that cuts out the glare from your screen so that there is no eye strain

Eye strain is cause by focusing using your near sight ability too much. To help, every now and again look up and look at objects at varying distances away for a second or two, then another object and repeat a few times. Try to look at objects 6m away or more because this is the start point of your long sight ability.

You really can't do much to protect your eyes from computer strain. Usually being on the computer for only an hour or so daily will reduce it greatly. I spend all day and night infront of a computer because of work and hell, my eyes is so bad that my opt is afraid that i may go blind. =(

Add a an extra glare screen and a combination fine wire screen.

But keep the use of the computer to minimum. No extra use, no game and even Yahoo, Answer, may be use as needed only and not just for fun. As specially if you have problem.

In case of serious problem give it up for few days and then start using it as needed only.
