I have astigmatism & want color contacts, what if I buy -4.00, when I'm -4.5!

You will not be able to purchase anything other than the EXACT specifications given on your prescription. By law, all the places that sell contacts online have to call your eye doctor to verify your prescription. Once the company sees that the info you have entered doesn't match your scrip, they will not send you the contacts.
Durasoft Optifit Colors (the toric lenses) does offer your exact prescription, as I mentioned on one of your other questions. They are costly, but they would work well for you being that they meet the exact specifications for your eyes.
Are you ordering them online????
Don't do that.
Go to your eye doctor or a eye glass store like Hakim or Lens Crafters. People with astigmatism need special contacts, otherwise they won't be comfortable. Also if you buy a weaker prescription, then you won't be able to see well at all.
