Mysterious eye pain?!

Question: It seems like everytime i visit the eye doctor i get a new presciption. So my eyes change alot! He mentioned that my eyes get muscle spasms well they make my eyes ache and hurt which this gives me a headache.
What can i do?

Eye spasms are usually stress realted and also due to lack of sleep! eat your fruist and veggies and get some good excercise! Go to be early for a couple of nights. It should clear right up!
