take the opposite hand from yer eye [putting contact in left eye use right hand] and with the same side as the hand and the eye are on [left eye, left hand] lift open yer top and bottom lid up and down and then take the contact and place it in the middle of yer eye
to set the contact up probably it would be best if you placed it on the tip of yer finger and placed it in the middle of yer eye
you should have gone thru an eye doctor for your first set. they will sit with you and show you how and make sure that you are comfortable with them before they leave you on your own.
You really need to be shown in person to understand
Do not wear those contacts. You clearly don't know the first thing about cleaning or caring for them, much less proper insertion as to avoid injury. Save yourself from a dangerous infection, vision loss, and other nasty things, and chuck those contacts in a bin.

If you don't know you probably will get an infection or something bad.
If you don't have a perscription for them, they are illegal and can make you blind, because they won't fit your eyes right, or have the vision correction you need.
First of all, your eye must be open to get the lens onto the cornea. You take it from there.
