Question: if you only slept like three hours is it safer to wear glasses or wearing contacts is suffice? It sometimes sting if i haven't slept long, but certain clothes I wear look better with contacts. Does anybody here wear contacts when they only slept a few hours?

when I'm tired, I usually avoid contacts and wear glasses because my eyes are usually red when tired so already that's a sign that contacts on top of it won't help with the oxygen flow into the eyes and will make it more red and irritated...
it could depend on what kind of contacts too though, if you wear dailies than you don't have to worry about how much moisture the contacts have in it but if you're wearing the 2-week/monthly/or annual contacts, I wouldn't wear them if they haven't had a chance to soak in the conditioning solution to retain moisture for the amount of time suggested for your contact lens type

If you sleep in your contacts, even if it is only on rare occasion, make sure you tell your doc so they can prescribe a lens that is approved for overnight wear. Even then, some people do not tolerate lenses for this wear schedule and shouldn't sleep in their lenses. Talk to your doc.

Yeah, i just took a 2 hour nap, but i wore my contacts. i woke up, and they were a bit dry, so i added some drops in. EVERYDAY i am exhausted, but i wear them.. unless i just can't cope.
It isn't bad, but if you don't let some air in there once in a while it can be. just be careful.. you sound like you are fine. don't worry, if your eyes become sore, see a doctor.

Not really. Spect will be better
