Payment plan for lasik....capital one?!
Question: I want to get lasik, but the only way to get a payment plan with my doctor is to go through capital one. I filled out the info and got denide, which is odd because I have a credit card with them already which I pay well on. Anyone else have this problem?

It is pointless to call back and try to get them to reconsider. Ask the Lasik Center if they work with any other financing options....like Care Credit, a little more forgiving than CapOne. Just because you have a Cap One card doesn't mean that they will aprove you for a loan in the amount of thousands of dollars. A last resort may be to ask a family member or friend to apply for the Cap One loan in their name but specify you as the patient. They would need to be present to sign the loan document on the day of your surgery and then you could just make payments to your friend/fam member. GoodLuck and enjoy Lasik...it's life changing:)
Maybe just a glitch...better call the card company and ask them why it was denied.
