Do you think my eye test results stop me from getting into the RAF as a pilot?!

it is a very small prescription in your left eye but as you are seeing 6/6 thats a good sign.

(the sideways 8 means plano which is no prescription)

they are very sceptical on this sort of thing, they really like those with 20/20 vision
yet if you perform extra well then exceptions can be made in some cases

You will have to ask the RAF what their standards are, but very few people have better vision or a smaller glasses prescription than you have.
6/6 is normal vision (metric equivalent to 20/20, metric acuity is used everywhere in the world except the US). The sideways 8 means plano or no prescription.
See the link below for RAF health requirements. At the end there is a phone number you can call. Call and ask what your unaided acuity needs to be in order to be considered for pilot.
