with your finger tips move the lens to the side part of the eye, then pinch with your finger tips ( do not pinch with nail)

it should work.

i remember when i first had lenses i could not get my lens out, and was trying for like 2 hours. i was panicking! think i was crying!! lol

now i can put it in and out without mirror

um i wear contacts.

I leave mine in all the time
and go to sleep with them on. I never
have that problem

Oh man, it took me forever to get mine out the first time too! Try placing your thumb and forefinger on the edges and squeeze it together like you would a piece of finger food. Try to get it to buckle toward your palm so you can pinch it off. If it gets difficult, eyedrops will help. Make sure your hands are clean!

yes. push down on your upper and lower lids while your eye is open and then gently push your lids together. should "squeeze" the lense out.

I've been wearing contacts for 2 weeks now... just dry your hands, and be in a cool environment. With me, I get all nervous and my hands start to sweat. When that happens, it's almost impossible to hold your eye open!

Good luck!

PS: I got dailyes too!

i just touch the contact with the tip of my finger and slide it down den pinch it and pull it out,, or if your eyes dry you may need some eye drops

I'm just getting used to my contacts, myself. Use your right hand to hold your eye open as wide as possible. Guide the contact out of the center of your eye with your left eye. When you can see it on the whites of your eyes, put the tip of your thumb on the bottom of it (enough to keep it in place) and just skim the tip of your index finger over it, as if to guide it towards your thumb. (In the end, it should sort of be like plucking it off your eye, but that's not really a great way of thinking of it....)

Good luck, and I promise it gets easier. The first time I wore my contacts, it took me an hour to get them out (most of which was occupied by glaring at my contacts in the mirror, ie, glaring at myself)! :)

What I do when I wear contacts is to place my index finger on the bottom side of the contact and drag it over to the side of my eye. This way it sort of bends and then I can grab it between my index and thumb fingers.

I know it's hard now, but you'll get the hang of it soon :] It took me half an hour to put them in the first time and then 20 minutes to take them out.

just stay calm and try not to fret. just slide the lens down and pinch out the lens. Make sure you wash your hands first.

good luck

Don't let your eye get all dried out from trying to get it out too much. Take a break for a while and try again. You'll get better at it in time. When I first got my contacts I couldn't get one of them out and I spent around 10 minutes working on it, only to find it in the sink.
