all you have to do is open your eye real wide, and look up then slide ur contact down with your finger. then just grab it and pull it out. its painless if you do it right.

put in eyedrops then try taking it out

when this happens to me it is usually because they are dry. put in eye drops wait a few minutes and then try again

lol, why were you taking them out in lessons?
anyway, just pull down your bottom lid with your middle finger, put your forefinger onto the lense (it wont hurt because you're not actually touching your eye), drag it to the corner and grab it with your thumb

Ive been wearing contacts past 4 years and this has never happened me... just get some eyedrops and see can u find it and cant it out. Are u sure it just hasnt fallen out?

First, find a mirror, preferably one on the wall in front of you. Stare straight ahead into the mirror. Meanwhile put the tip of your finger on the center of the contact (don't stop staring straight ahead into the distance) and slide it onto the white of your eye (outside corner is easiest). It should then be relatively easy to use thumb and forefinger to "pinch" it off your eye, as when you slide it off there is a slight wrinkle in the middle of the lens where your cornea would otherwise fit.
If your eye is dry from trying too much try blinking a few times or using some rewetting drops (or wait a few minutes). This is useful if you fall asleep with them in and wake up and they feel "glued" to your eyes. Don't worry, they aren't-- they just need to be wetted with tears or drops before you can remove them.

I was having problems taking mine out but i find the best way to take them out is to get your thumb and your index finger, open you eye wif your other hand and with you thumb and index finger put them round were the contact ( the middle of the contact ) is and your should b able to feel the contact then push the finger together and pinch a little and it should come out, i have tryed lots of ways trying to get them out but i find this the best way for me.

hope this helps

It's possible that it fell out and you didn't notice. I remember once spending 1 1/2 hours trying to get my contact out of my left eye, only to discover that it wasn't there!

Or, put some saline in your eyes, then put your finger on the contact, and move it around a little in your eye, to get it loose. Then try taking it out again.

Good luck!

OK calm down for a start (Never helps) What you need to do is (Are they soft lens?) centre the lens again if it hasn't folded up then hold your eye open using your left hand pin your eyelid open and using the other hand use your 3rd finger to pin your lower lid down then using your 2nd finger and thumb gently pinch the lens and pull outwards use a mirror as guidance but do not look at what you are doing just look straight ahead if you look at what you are doing you will move the lens and have to start again.

If you still have no luck go to your local opticians before they close otherwise you will have to go to the hospital to have it removed as only lenses that are designed to be slept in can be!

Try and bring it to the side and slightly pinch it out without really grabbing your eye...you'll get the hang of it!
