No. Blue eyes are actually due to a LACK of pigment in the eye (pigment in the eye makes eyes green to hazel to brown); so you can not alter something you don't have.
Wearing contacts just to change color has risks and is being made illegal except under eye dr control (at least in Cali)--there are risks of severe infection, corneal abrasions & ulcerations, etc.
You can apply eye shadow to enhance the blue however and wear clothing that reflects your eye color to also make eyes appear more blue.

colored contacts, thats about it, ive heard that if you eat banannas for a few years then you can glow in the dark but i just heard that, colored food can enhance color in animals, fish, birds, frogs etc. so it might work for a human but i dont know of much naturally blue food, and eating alot of blue berries would probably have an effect like prune juice, just get the contacts, simple solution
