Have you ever heard about this?!

Question: i have heard that when people get eye transplants doctors find all kinds of stuff behind the eye, like hair, dirt, and just junk... at first i thought it kinda seems far fetched that stuff gets behind your eye, but then again there has been times when things have gotten in my eyes and i was never able to get them out, but they seemed to disappear....

do you think this could be true?

No, I do not think this is true. The reason is because you have a lot of tissue in your eye socket, not just your eye ball. These tissues/muscles hold your eyes' positions and contribute to movement. Everything is jammed into that orbit so things can't move to the back of the eye. The reason why things might disappear is either they were blinked out of your eye or they were drained out. Right behind your eye is the optic nerve that connects straight to your brain. Your body wouldn't make it that easy for things to travel to this very important nerve and to your very important brain. You'll lose your vision and functions necessary for life.

Maybe, but I'm no professional. You should probably try asking your optometrist next time you go.

Firstly you can't get eye transplants, and secondly no, foreign objects cannot travel behind your eye. The eye and eyelid are all one continuous tissue with no 'crack' in between.

no this is not true.
when you pull your bottom lid down and its all red and there is a seal at the bottom and the same at the top, basically the top and bottom of your eyelid, thats where it stops and the rest is sealed, so nothing can go behind that.
